Summer Faculty Grants
The Office of Academic Affairs offers summer research grants for tenured and tenure-track faculty through two programs: Summer Faculty Grants and Senior Summer Faculty Grants.
DUE TO RESTRICTED FUNDING, ONLY THE TENURE-TRACK SUMMER FACULTY GRANT COMPETITION WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR 2022. SENIOR SUMMER FACULTY GRANTS WILL NOT BE OFFERED.
To enable successful applicants to continue full-time scholarly work during the summer.

Grant amount is $8,000, paid as a taxable stipend.
The grant period is 40 consecutive working days (eight weeks) between the end of the spring semester and the beginning of the fall semester. Teaching is not permitted during the period of the grant.

Proposal deadline is 3:00 pm on October 7, 2021.
