It will quickly become one of your favorites!

Aqua class is taught at Turnstone, located at 3320 North Clinton Street.

Time to tone! This flow-based class will have you working up a sweat while toning and strengthening your muscles through body-weight exercises. Connect your mind and body through core work, arms, and legs to build endurance.

This gentle form of exercise can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance, and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life.

The beginner class series introduces the history of yoga, fundamental principles of alignment, and breathwork. You’ll be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal descriptions and demonstrations. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. Personal Training Policies

What you need to know.

Follow all policies regarding dress when in the fitness center. Proper exercise attire (including clean tennis shoes) is required.

If a session needs to be canceled for any reason other than an emergency, you must give a 24-hour notice. Contact your trainer directly or call the fitness center front desk at 260-481-6655. Failure to notify the fitness center will result in forfeiture of the session.

Training sessions are one hour. If you request to end a session early or or if it is deemed appropriate to end early based on your fitness level, the session is considered completed and the remaining time will not be made up during a later date.

If you are going to be more than five minutes late, you should call the trainer. Your trainer will wait only 15 minutes for late arrivals. Any tardiness of more than 15 minutes will result in the loss of that session.
