RACHEL RAMSEY
Rachel earned a Masters degree in Nursing Education from IPFW in 2011 and taught full-time in the nursing program from 2011-2019. During her time as a faculty member, Rachel served as a CELT Online Course Design Reviewer, Peer Review team member, Teaching Fellow, and Advisory Board member. Through these roles, Rachel developed expertise in pedagogical theory and instructional design, along with a passion for supporting other faculty in reaching their teaching goals. She joined CELT as the Services Liaison before advancing to her current role as a one of CELT's Instructional Consultants.
Rachel draws upon her knowledge in instructional design and experiences as a faculty member to coordinate programs and deliver caring and effective consultations to promote teaching excellence at PFW. She enjoys helping faculty discover and apply principles of good course design, educational technologies, and teaching strategies that maximize their teaching and support their professional goals.
