Event Payments
Paying for your rental
Guests who rent venues and equipment through Special Events are required to do the following:
- Pay a deposit upon receipt of the event contract (50% of the estimated venue rental)
- Pay the remainder of your balance a minimum of three days prior to your event
- Submit payments in person at the Box Office via check, cash, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover or make an online payment

The university box office is your go-to place for music, theatre, and other special events that occur in the Auer Performance Hall and the Rhinehart Recital Hall in the Music Center.
