Student Housing Room Rates
Housing room rates are the cost of living in PFW Student Housing for an academic year (fall/spring semesters). Room rates are per person and vary depending on location, size, amenities, and number of students per room.
Room rates for housing at Canterbury Green, The Grand/ARCH, Trace and St. Joe include the ability to stay over winter break at no additional charge. Room rates for apartments on the Waterfield campus do not include winter break. More information on winter break and pricing for the Waterfield campus can be found in the Winter Break section below.

Waterfield Campus
PFW Student Housing contracts for 2026-2027 for the Waterfield include a free meal plan of 4 meals per week. A larger meal plan may be purchased through the housing portal. More information on how to purchase additional meals will be provided as soon as it becomes available
