Live with us over the summer!
Summer Housing is available to students who are enrolled in the following fall semester or who have graduated at the end of the previous spring semester. Students may begin applying for summer housing on February 16, 2026. Please note if you plan to continue to live in Student Housing or a Student Housing Contracted space for the 2026-2027 academic year, you MUST complete an academic year housing application by the deadline.

Ready to apply for summer housing? You can apply for summer 2026 through the Housing Portal tile on GoPFW. The application for Summer 2026 will be available beginning February 16, 2026. The deadline to apply for summer 2026 is April 10, 2026.
Summer 2025
Information on Summer 2026 Housing
Students staying on campus for summer 2026 will live in university contracted apartments at Canterbury Green. These apartments are conveniently located right next to main campus and provide easy access to campus for students living with Student Housing over the summer.
Below are important dates related to summer housing 2026.

If you need housing for summer and it is after April 10, 2026 please email [email protected] and you will receive instructions on how to apply late for summer housing.
Below are the housing rates for Summer 2026 summer housing. Summer housing runs from May 11, 2026 to August 21, 2026. There will be no charge for staying in between semesters. Students will be charged for their summer housing toward the end of the spring semester before the summer term.

There will be two and three bedroom units available. Pricing is based on occupancy of each bedroom regardless of number of residents in the apartment.
While filling out your summer housing application, students have the opportunity to rank available apartment layouts in order of preference. Student Housing will honor those preferences in the order summer housing applications are completed in the housing portal. Student Housing staff will then assign students to rooms. Once a student has a room assignment for summer, they will be notified via their school email address and their assignment is visible on the housing portal.
Roommates can also be selected while filling out the summer housing application. In the application, students will join a roommate group with other student(s) you wish to live with over the summer. These requests are honored based on apartment availability during the room assignment process.
Students staying for summer will move from their fall assignment to their summer assignment between May 22-24, 2026.
Students with a room assignment for following fall semester in student housing will move to their fall assignment in early August. If a student has a fall room assignment in an apartment being used for summer housing, Student Housing staff will try to place the student in that room for summer housing. Students without an assignment for fall must check out of Student Housing by the end of the moving time period.
Student Housing will send more information on the move to and from summer housing to students registered to stay in Student Housing over the summer in mid to late April.
The student shuttle does not run between student housing and the rest of campus during the summer.
