Meet Troy j. bassett
Professor of English and Director of the Master's Program in English, Communication, and Digital Studies
Dr. Bassett is professor of English and the Director of Graduate Studies in the College of Liberal Arts. He is the author of the book The Rise and Fall of the Victorian Three-Volume Novel (2020) and the general editor of the digital humanities project At the Circulating Library: A Database of Victorian Fiction, 1837–1901. In addition, he has published widely on book history, digital humanities, and Victorian literature. Outside of work, he collects books, watches cricket, and enjoys traveling.
