Brad E. Oliver, Ed.D.
Dr. Brad Oliver is a Clinical Professor of Educational Leadership and Director of Accreditation and Strategic Initiatives in the School of Education at Purdue University Fort Wayne (PFW), where he teaches graduate courses in educational leadership, assessment, curriculum, and school law. With more than 35 years of experience in education, he previously served in P–12 education as a teacher, principal, and central office administrator before transitioning to higher education as Director of the Master’s in Education program and inaugural Dean of the School of Educational Leadership at Indiana Wesleyan University. During his career, he also served as Director of Strategic Initiatives for Ambassador Enterprises and received gubernatorial appointments to both the Indiana Professional Standards Advisory Board and the Indiana State Board of Education. His professional work focuses on leadership development, accreditation, strategic planning, and innovation in teaching and learning. In addition to his university responsibilities, he consults with schools, nonprofit organizations, and community partners throughout Indiana.
