Tanya Soule, Ph.D., brings more than a decade of experience in higher education to her role at CELT. As a former Associate Professor of Biology at Purdue Fort Wayne, she promoted faculty development through service on the CELT Advisory Board and active participation in the Alliance for Teaching Enrichment and the Faculty Academy on Excellence in Teaching (FACET). Her background as an award-winning educator informs her commitment to supporting innovative, evidence-based teaching practices across campus. Dedicated to empowering educators, she combines her scientific expertise with instructional design strategies and educational technologies to create engaging, student-centered learning experiences. Her passion for teaching and learning drives her work in promoting best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across disciplines.
