2025 Gene Marcus Piano

the 2025 Gene Marcus Piano Competition Application!

Your application is not complete until you do the following:

1. Pay the application fee* for your competition division
*Fees are non-refundable.

Pay Elementary Fee: $25

Pay Intermediate Fee: $30

Pay Junior Fee: $35

Pay Senior Fee: $40
 

2. Compete in First-round auditions
 
Perform in person:
First-round auditions will take place on Saturday, January 25, or Sunday, January 26, 2025. Individual times will be assigned by January 15, 2025

Submit your performance via video by Wednesday, January 22, 2025:
Please do not include the contestant’s name on the video.

• Results of the first-round auditions will be sent via email by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, January 28, 2025. 
• Those selected to compete in the final round will perform on Sunday, February 9, 2025. All live performances will take place at the Purdue University Fort Wayne Music Center.
• Contestants may perform their program in their preferred order; the same program presented at the first-round auditions must be performed in the final round.
