New users start here.
Virtual (via Microsoft Teams) hands-on training sessions (lasting approximately two hours) will be held for new Banner users. Supervisors are required to request a Banner account through IT Services for new employees using the SIS Access Request Form. IT Services will set up the new account and provide the Banner account information to your Banner trainer. You will then be contacted about training dates and times.
Please make sure you’re up-to-date on all your FERPA knowledge and certification. All Banner users must complete the certification and sign the confidentiality agreement before attending Banner training.
