Areas of Service
We use a zone concept of maintenance, using 5–7 person crews during the growing season. Each zone crew is responsible for trim mowing, string trimming, edging of the sidewalks and curbs, weeding, trimming, and mulching of the shrub and flower beds, and daily litter cleanup.
Lawn Maintenance
Our mowing crew uses a variety of mowers and specialty mowers to maintain the campus turf. Certain natural areas are mowed using tractor-drawn mowers.
Snow Removal
Our primary emphasis is to maintain as safe a walking surface as possible.
Tree Maintenance
Our dedicated arborist ensures every tree will be maintained for long-term health and safety.
Sports Turf Maintenance
We maintain the athletic fields, including line placement, in accordance with NCAA requirements.
