Facilities management
What We Do
The building services side of Facilities Management is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of all campus buildings. We also handle painting requests.
Areas of Service
General
We provide cleaning for campus restrooms, classrooms, public areas, and labs.
Trash and Recycling
We remove trash from the centralized hall bins in each building. Departments in need of wastebasket liners should submit a Facilities Service Request to get liners delivered them. Recycling bins are taken down to be collected weekly.
Painting
Our campus painter works to provide quality painting services to university offices while maintaining university paint standards.
Paint Color Charts
Bring a little color to your work space.
Our campus has standardized paint colors for use within the university. The standard field color for all rooms is Bone White. Most rooms are eligible to have one accent wall. See below for those colors.
To request painting, complete a Facilities Service Request. Please specify the selected accent color and number when completing your request. Paint requests may be submitted at any time, but please be understanding that it may be some time before your request will be completed.
