All paper submissions will be peer reviewed. All accepted paper submissions will be required to present in person at the conference. Presentations will consist of a 12-minute presentation followed by 3-minutes for questions.

Workshops are an opportunity to engage participants in a topic more deeply during a 45-minute session. Workshops should be interactive with hands-on activities to engage participants. Workshop proposals include the title, presenter(s), learning outcomes, and a description of the proposed session no longer than 500 words. Workshop proposals are due by Friday 8 January 2027.
Student Posters
All undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to present on their research, capstone, senior design, or other projects during the student poster session. Students interested in presenting a poster should submit their proposal including title, authors, and an abstract no longer than 500 words by Friday 5 March 2027.
