James Beard
James "Jim" Beard is the director of advising for the School of Education at Purdue University Fort Wayne. In addition to academic advising, he also co-directs the student teaching program and provides guidance on teacher licensing. He has worked at PFW for approximately 30 years, all within the School of Education. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Counseling and biblical Studies at Fort Wayne Bible College, and he earned a Master of Arts in Student Personnel Administration in Higher Education at Ball State University.
