TRIO student support services
You can achieve your dream.
TRIO is our nation’s commitment to the dream of education for all students, regardless of race, ethnic background, or economic circumstance. A federally funded college-opportunity program, TRIO Student Support Services motivates and supports students who are often the first in their family to pursue of a college degree. Our programs provide mentoring, motivation, encouragement, counseling, financial guidance, tutoring, and other support necessary for educational access and retention. Earning a college degree is difficult, especially if you’re the first in your family to do it. Becoming a TRIO student can help make a difference in getting to graduation.
TRIO is federally funded by the US Department of Education and serves 140 Purdue Fort Wayne students annually. There is no fee to be a part of TRIO.
