Definition
What well-being means to us.
We believe that individual well-being results when a person is satisfied with their quality of life, believes that their human rights and needs are met, and perceives themself as having meaning, direction, and purpose.
Community well-being results from collective individual
well-being and is also influenced by a sense of connectedness through relational belonging, shared goals, and responsibilities.
