Undergraduate Banner Modifications Without Curriculog
Please email the Registrar the following undergraduate-course Banner updates that don’t require a proposal:
- Change in instructional hours, unless taught at any other campus
- Adding schedule type classification of Individual Study (IND), Distance Education (DIS), or Practice/Study/Observation (PSO)
- Learning-outcome updates
No notification is necessary if a course changes semester.
All course proposals are entered into the Purdue Curriculog system. Curriculog is an online course and curriculum management system used for submitting, reviewing, and approving course proposals. This site is designed for faculty and administrators who need to add, change, and deactivate courses. Upon final approval of a course proposal, the Registrar updates the catalog and contacts the original department.
Have questions about Curriculog? Check out the Curriculog FAQ [PDF] and Purdue training documents. Please direct all Curriculog questions or training requests to Wanda Johnson, assessment management system administrator, at email@example.com, or Tammy Hoskins, assistant registrar, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
