Appreciation is a Thanksgiving dish served warm at Purdue Fort Wayne
FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Over the next week, many college students across the country will begin heading home to enjoy a hard-earned and well-deserved break. For others, including Purdue University Fort Wayne students whose hometowns are either out of state or out of the country, Thanksgiving traditions can be much harder to replicate while remaining on campus.
To help make the holiday more enjoyable for all students – and to show the university’s appreciation for them being members of the Purdue Fort Wayne family – the Office of Enrollment Management and the Student Experience is hosting a Thanksgiving-style meal on Thursday (Nov. 18).
The event is called ThanksStudentsGiving. Anyone enrolled at Purdue Fort Wayne and IU Fort Wayne is invited to the International Ballroom at Walb Union to enjoy great food served in the company of friends and classmates.
Meal sessions will begin at 11 a.m., noon, and 1 p.m.
