Purdue University Fort Wayne waives application and enrollment fees, offers scholarships for fall 2026 applicants
Purdue University Fort Wayne is thrilled to announce that starting March 17, the university will waive all application fees and enrollment deposits for domestic undergraduate students applying for Fall 2026. This initiative eliminates the standard $30 application fee and the $50 enrollment deposit, making it more accessible for students to pursue their academic goals at Purdue University Fort Wayne.
“At Purdue Fort Wayne, we believe that finances should never be a barrier to quality higher education,” said Michelle Kuhlhorst, associate vice chancellor for enrollment management. “By waiving these fees, we are opening doors for more students to access the outstanding educational opportunities we offer. We want every student who is interested in earning a Purdue University degree right here in Fort Wayne to feel encouraged and supported in their journey."
In addition to the fee waivers, students with a high school GPA of 2.5 or higher—or a transfer GPA of 2.5 or higher—are also eligible for scholarships ranging from $500 to $3,000 annually. This is another way Purdue Fort Wayne is working to remove barriers and make higher education accessible to everyone.
The university invites all prospective students to take advantage of these opportunities and join a community dedicated to academic excellence and student success.
