Future Don earns scholar athlete accolade

Earlier this year, West Seneca East’s Ethan Skalski was recognized as a Scholar Athlete of the Month. Now he has been named a News 4 Scholar Athlete of the Year for his hard work both on the playing field and in the classroom. Skalski was awarded a $3,000 scholarship.

Skalski will play Division I volleyball at Purdue Fort Wayne next year, where he will study mechanical engineering. The elite volleyball player is hopeful that one day he can study aerospace engineering.
