Help PFW Defend the Title and Crush Hunger!

Purdue Fort Wayne is proud to once again join area colleges and universities across northeast Indiana in the annual U Can Crush Hunger campaign. This year’s campaign runs October 26 – November 6, and we’re ready to defend our championship.

Last year, PFW took first place in the U Can Crush Hunger competition and brought home the traveling trophy. Now it’s time to come together once again and keep the trophy where it belongs, right here at Purdue Fort Wayne.

While we’re proud to be the defending champions, the true victory is ensuring that members or our campus and our community have access to access to nutritious food, especially as the holiday season approaches.

Whether you donate food, make a financial gift, or organize a collection with your department or student organization, every contribution helps fight food insecurity on our campus and community. All food donations collected on campus stay at PFW to stock The FRIENDS of the University Pantry, directly supporting our students and campus community.

How You Can Help

• Give Online: Every $1 donated provides the equivalent of 4 pounds of food. Scan the QR code below or donate online beginning October 26: Make a Monetary Donation to PFW’s Campaign
• Donate Food: Drop off non-perishable food items in the collection bins located in Walb Union (outside the Herd Hideout) beginning Monday, October 26.
• Host a Food Drive: Organize a collection in your department, office, student organization, or residence hall.
