Annual job fair at PFW draws large crowd
Sixty-four employers who were collectively looking to fill more than 1,700 job openings gathered in the International Ballroom at Walb Student Union on July 31 for an annual job fair at Purdue Fort Wayne. This year’s event was hosted by U.S. Rep. Marlin Stutzman, R-3rd, in conjunction with the university and WorkOne Northeast.
A variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, government, finance, law enforcement, and transportation, were represented. Team members from PFW were also there to speak with individuals interested in furthering their education.
