TRIO Workshop - Sound Bath

Join  Reiki Master, Certified Crystal Practitioner, and Certified Sound Healer Chantel Williams for a relaxing and refreshing group sound bath. A sound bath is a practitioner-led practice where participants are 'bathed' in sound waves. These sounds come from specialized drums, crystals, chimes, bells, and other sources. Instruments are played in a specific order to encourage a full-body sense of relaxation, refreshment, and rejuvenation.
