Recycled Creations: Art for Grades K–3
Visual Arts Building
Join us for five Saturdays of creative exploration! Students in grades K–3 will experiment with a variety of media to create unique, finished works of art using recycled and repurposed materials. With smaller class sizes and extended studio time, young artists will enjoy a more personalized, hands-on experience that encourages imagination and discovery.
On February 14, students will meet renowned recycled art sculptor Sayaka Ganz, who breathes new life into discarded materials, transforming them into expressive and inspiring works of art. She’ll share her creative process and discuss one of her pieces currently on permanent display in the PFW Visual Arts Building.
Saturdays, Jan. 31–Feb. 28 11 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
