Early Music Ensemble Concert

Do not miss the debut performance of the PFW Early Music Ensemble, featuring a collaboration between faculty and student musicians presenting compositions from the 17th and 18th centuries. The ensemble will feature viola da gamba, harpsichord, voices, and baroque violins and will inaugurate a new harpsichord. The maker of the instrument will attend to witness his craftsmanship come alive to create music. Ensemble members include John Romey, artistic director and viola da gamba; Andrew Danielson, harpsichord; William Sauerland, countertenor; Julie Lyn Barber, soprano; and special guests Emily Thompson and Jason Thompson on baroque violin.
