Ceruti’s Catering is a 120-employee, family-owned full-service catering and event planning company that provides great tasting food, décor arrangements, and outstanding service. Ceruti’s has enjoyed serving our customers since our inception in the early 1950s. We’re a Fort Wayne institution. We aspire to be the most-admired caterer. Our Vision and Values set us apart. Ceruti's partnership with PFW’s Hospitality Program has been rewarding for both student Interns and for Ceruti’s Catering. Interns work within PFW’s internship structure while employed part-time in the Front-of-the-House as Banquet Servers. Doors to advancement would be open to Lead Server, Event Supervisor Trainee, and Event Supervisor roles. Pathways through other doors include Event Planning and Back-of-the-House roles in both Cold Prep and Hot Prep.
Lunch will be provided by Ceruti's Catering for those registered!
Registration is limited to 30 students so only register on Handshake if you are planning to attend. (Registering and not showing up to the event will have consequences for future event registrations.)
