Anthropology Research Conference

The Anthropology Club is hosting an Anthropology Research Conference, and the Anthropology Club is seeking students to present the work that they have done in the various classes. The Research Conference will take place on April 25, 2025, at 12:00pm. We asked that all proposals are sent in by April 16, 2025, before 11:59pm. Presentations are accepted from outside Anthropology classes as long as the presentation has an anthropological bend or focus. 

Your abstract/proposal can be formatted however you would like; however, we HIGHLY suggest that it be anabstract of around 200 words: basically, a summary of what you are presenting. If you have a PowerPoint that you would like to show, make sure to send that PowerPoint to Forrest Rommel ([email protected]) or Breehonie Felger ([email protected]) by April 23, 2025 by 11:59pm. 

To Note: It does not have to be a paper; if you did a project or presentation that you would like to present that is completely acceptable as long as it has some form of anthropological take or focus. Revisions on previous research are acceptable as well before submissions. If you are unsure or hesitant about your research, we highly suggest you contact and consult the professor who you performed the research for.
