2025 Undergraduate History Conference

Helmke Library Idea Space

Encouraging and supporting undergraduate research is one of the goals of PFW’s Department of History. The Annual Undergraduate History Conference is an opportunity for History Majors and other history students to present their historical research to an academic and community audience.

The 2025 Undergraduate History Conference will be held in the Helmke Library IdeaSpace from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 28. The conference is an opportunity for history majors and other history students to present their historical research to an academic and community audience.

In the past, students from majors in history, secondary education, political science, sociology, anthropology, and English, have presented their research on a wide range of topics, including including the Holocaust, European imperialism, revolutions around the world, venereal disease in urban America, American music history, American travel narratives, and so much more!

If you have questions, please contact Dr. Ann Livschiz ([email protected]).

We will have breakfast, coffee and snacks, and then lunch at the end of the conference. Lunch will be provided for those who register.
