Mary Kiura (PhD, Arizona State University) is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Communication. Her research centers on fostering participation and inclusivity in organizations through employee voice. Specifically, she uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to examine ways workplace relationships, organizational (in)justice, and power and status disparities enable and/or constrain employee voicing. Her research appears in International Journal of Business Communication and Communication Teacher.
