Kent Kauffman is an associate professor of business law and ethics, and is the MBA Programs Faculty Liaison. He is a graduate of Temple University and The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania University, and has an Indiana law license, as well as mediation certifications. He teaches Business Law and Ethics, and Healthcare Law and Ethics, in the undergraduate and MBA programs. He is the author of four legal books, as well as various journal articles, and is a member of the Indiana University Faculty Academy on Excellence in Teaching (FACET). His on-campus service includes serving as a Faculty Fellow for the Center for the Enhancement of Learning and Teaching (CELT), and as a Faculty Mentor for the Chapman Scholars Program.
