Prosciutto Florentine Frittata: Crustless Egg quiche blended with Spinach, Red Peppers, Mushrooms and Smoked Gouda then Topped with Crispy Prosciutto and a Cream Sauce
Yogurt Parfait Station: Greek Vanilla Yogurt where attendees can embellish with Fresh Strawberries, Fresh Blueberries, Gluten Free Granola, and/or Dried Pineapple
The entree salad is served with mini croissants and rolls and with your choice of Creamy Avocado Ranch or Vinaigrette Dressing.
Smoked Brisket Cobb Salad: Smoked Brisket a top of a bed of Shredded Romaine Lettuce with Maple Bacon, Boiled Eggs and Artisan Grape Tomatoes.
Couscous & Chicken Fiesta Salad will be served along side the Entree Salad. Couscous with Diced Grilled Chicken, Black Beans, Corn, Pico, Mexican Blend Cheese and Cilantro.

Mini Bistro cakes served in alternating fashion. Lemon Cake served with Raspberry Puree alternated with Chocolate Cake served with a Bourbon Carmel Glaze.
