General Membership Policy
- Currently enrolled Purdue Fort Wayne and IU Fort Wayne student memberships are free and run congruent with the academic year.
- All annual Purdue Fort Wayne and IU Fort Wayne memberships run 12 months from the date of purchase.
- All monthly memberships run one month from the date of purchase.

Refund Policy
Refunds for membership fees require the approval of the fitness center manager. The following are viable reasons for refund approval:
- Change in employment status
- Academic withdrawal from the university
- Relocation
- Medical conditions (may include family medical leave) prohibiting or substantially limiting the use of preferred programs, facilities, or services
Final decisions for refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
To inquire about a refund, call 260-481-6746 or ask a staff member at the customer service desk. Refund requests must be in writing. Any refund that is approved will be prorated. Refund requests submitted midway or later through a membership will not be approved.
