Join health coach Lindsay Bloom to learn strategies and tips to stay motivated to move and remain active this fall and winter.

Do you struggle to maintain your exercise routine as the weather turns colder? Like many others, you may not feel motivated to stay or start being active when it's cold, but exercising indoors during the colder months has many benefits.
Employee health coach Lindsay Bloom shares activities and tips to keep you motivated and active in the fall and winter.

Registration link can be found under the “Healthy Boiler Workshops” section on the portal’s home page. Hover over the workshop’s square and hit “Submit” to register.
