Yoga enthusiasts gather together for this in-person or virtual yoga class to stay active, de-stress, refocus, and relax through movement and deep breathing techniques. Yoga also helps with balance and flexibility.
Participants will work at their own levels guided by health coach Lindsay Bloom. No class on December 20 and 27.
