Employee Fitness Class: Circuit Training

Athletics Center Fitness Studio

Be physically active in March. Join health coach Lindsay Bloom for this month's Employee Fitness Class—a 30 minute circuit training class which provides a good, full-body workout.

Circuit training involves rotating between several exercise stations to work different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. All levels of fitness are welcome to join.

No registration required; just meet at the Fitness Studio. Please wear clothes and shoes appropriate for an exercise class.
