Meet Our Team
- Dana Forrest, M.D.
Dana Forrest, M.D.
Dana Forrest, M.D., began her career as a high school and college chemistry teacher before beginning her medical education. She received her medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. In 2007, she completed her family medicine residency in Fort Wayne. Forrest, who is board certified in family medicine, joined Lutheran Health Physicians after working for 10 years as a family medicine physician in Auburn, Indiana.

- Braden Butterfield McKinley
Braden Butterfield McKinley
Braden has a solid background in internal medicine. She is passionate about promoting healthy living for our students, faculty, and staff. Braden has been integral in the creation of the Let’s Grow! campus gardens, which provide access to fresh food for our campus community. In her spare time, she enjoys tae kwon do with her family and reading.
- Molly Robertson-Salaam
Clinic Director of Care
Molly began working with Lutheran Health Network in 2002. She has done various roles including geropsych nursing, employee health nursing and ambulatory clinic management. Additionally, she has managed various clinics including, cardiology, pulmonology, GI, neurology, general surgery, urology and an outpatient psychiatric office. Most recently, she have spent the past five years overseeing primary care offices here with Lutheran Health Physicians. As a Senior Director, Molly currently oversees family medicine, internal medicine and general pediatrics. She loves leading and most of all, she loves helping others! Molly is a nurse at heart.
She also has one son, Isaiah who she loves and cherishes. Molly is excited to join the PFW campus health clinic team and hopes to be of assistance!
- Jennifer Gebert
Certified Medical Assistant
Jennifer Gebert is a Harrison College graduate, with a certification in medical assisting. She has 13 years of experience in long-term care and has completed an externship in family medicine. Jennifer enjoys working with adults and hearing about their different life experiences; she loves the diversity of the students, staff, and faculty at Purdue Fort Wayne.
