As a graduate of the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at UCF, I have cultivated over ten years of experience in corporate event management. In the Fall of 2014, I obtained my Masters in Hospitality and Tourism Management succeeding with my Bachelor's in Event Management with two concentrations, Marketing, and General Hospitality. I have continued to further my education by acquiring my Certified Incentive Specialist and Incentive Project Management Certificates via Site Global. Throughout my career, I have worked in various aspects of the hospitality industry including restaurants, catering, social events, and incentive travel with my main concentration in sales and logistics of corporate management. Through my experiences, I have gained vital qualifications such as time management, negotiation skills, cultural differences, team leadership, analytical thinking, networking, and strategic planning. I pride myself on being people-oriented with extensive customer service, logistics, and sales experience. I strive to continue prioritizing and developing client satisfaction and logistics skills in each position I acquire.

Over the years, I have developed my passion for sales and corporate events through the focus on maintaining client relationships, while striving to exceed expectations. My favorite and most prideful accomplishments are the following:
Received the Top Performer award at Hello! Destination Management in HQ office in 2016, while managing 300+ programs, on average per year successfully managed full program logistics including mass transportation, decor, team building, off-property events, and VIP transfers for over 6,000 attendees during a two-week program successfully managed the first corporate event on Liberty Island in New York City for a VIP client.
