Preserving the Past: Archaeology at Purdue University Fort Wayne
Venderly Family Bridge
In celebration of Indiana Archaeology Month, join cultural resource management archaeologists from Purdue University Fort Wayne and RESCOM Environmental Corp near the Ron Venderly Family Bridge on the Purdue University Fort Wayne campus as they and anthropology students demonstrate archaeological methods and techniques. Watch an excavation and geophysical survey and learn about Indiana cultures and artifacts. Archaeologists will be on hand to answer any questions. The event is free and open to all ages. No RSVP required to attend this open house event.
