Onboarding for Pivio: A Virtual Lifestyle Education Program
Microsoft Teams
This Onboarding workshop covers what participants can expect from the 12-week Pivio program such as scheduling labs to check their numbers before and after the program, the meeting schedule, the action plan to create positive change, and more.
The Pivio program focuses on whole person health which helps prevent, halt, or reverse chronic diseases such as Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and others. The program shifts you away from habits that undermine your health and toward those that support it.
Pivio is only open to benefits-eligible employees and covered spouses on the Purdue medical plan.
Register early; class size is limited to 20 participants. Please register by Wednesday, January 17 at noon.
