Heart Knowledge: High Blood Pressure and You
Zoom
Many people don't have any symptoms of high blood pressure so they don't know they have it. Certain lifestyle factors and a family history may influence the development of high blood pressure.
Join Heart Knowledge, a 6-week lifestyle virtual education program, to learn how to reduce health risks associated with high blood pressure. Participants will receive a blood pressure monitor to track daily blood pressures. Program details are listed below.
Benefits-eligible employees and their covered spouses on the Purdue medical plan from our campus, Purdue West Lafayette, and Purdue Northwest can attend so register early as class size is limited. Register by March 22.
