Done consistently over time, these benefits foster positive self-image, reduce risk for chronic illness and disease, lower blood pressure, and increase your lifespan.
Join this workshop to explore the science behind what might be the missing ingredient in your health journey.

Be Authentic and Genuine
Help others in need. Volunteer. Shovel a neighbor's driveway. Bring edible goodies to friends, co-workers, or neighbors.
No matter how small you think your act of kindness is, it can be something big for the receiver. Acts of kindness affect both the receiver and the giver in a positive way because it stimulates serotonin (the feel-good chemical), decreases cortisol (the stress hormone), and much more.
Take time today and every day to honor your authentic self and spread kindness to others and yourself.
Presenter and health coach, Felicia Warfield from Purdue Northwest, will also discuss honoring your authentic self, contrast the difference between "being nice" and genuine kindness, and offer practical strategies to get you started.
