Employee Yoga: In-Person and Virtual Class

Athletics Center Fitness Studio

Yoga helps to release tension in the body, increase circulation, de-stress, maintain or develop good balance, and increase flexibility.

Health coach Lindsay Bloom shows variations of poses for beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels so you can work at your level. When you move through the yoga poses while using deep breathing techniques, you listen to your body which helps you decide how far you can stretch.

As you continue with yoga, your flexibility, strength, and balance will improve and you may progress to more advanced poses.
