Whether you are brand new to fitness, a seasoned exerciser, or anywhere in between, One to One Fit is designed to establish a baseline fitness level, explore the three types of exercise – aerobic, resistance training, and flexibility, and equip you with the knowledge and tools to safely take your fitness game to the next level. Each class will include both an educational and active component.
