NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Indiana University Purdue University Fort Wayne (2101 East Coliseum
Blvd Fort Wayne, IN 46805-1499) will be undertaking a project, Walb Union Classic Ballroom Dressing
Rooms Rehabilitation - 2025, for the following scope of work: Interior refresh of the Walb Union Classic
Ballroom and Dressing Rooms.
The estimated cost of the project is less than one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00). To

The Project is located 2101 East Coliseum Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN.
Sealed bids are due no later than 11 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) via Procore on Thursday, July 3,
2025. Bids received after such time will be returned unopened. Bids may be withdrawn prior to
Thursday, July 3, 2025, but no bids shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days thereafter.
