Stephany Alarcon

New Student Programs Coordinator

Stephany came to Purdue Fort Wayne in 2012 and worked in the Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs prior to coming to SST.  In her time here, Stephany has worked to serve underrepresented populations.  She currently advises two student organizations: Hispanos Unidos and the Vietnamese Student Association. She also serves on committees, volunteers at student functions, and works with a wide range of campus partners to coordinate advising and registration and New Student Orientation for incoming students. Stephany is excited to continue advocating for underrepresented and new student populations.

Lynette came to Purdue Fort Wayne in 2007 and has worked in the First Year Experience and Student Life Offices prior to coming to SST. She has a wide-array of institutional knowledge and enjoys the daily interaction with a wide array of students. She is originally from Michigan and loves watching football and dabbling in photography.

Krissy Creager

Associate Vice Chancellor, Enrollment Management

Interim Director, Financial Aid

Krissy completed her Ph.D. in Global Leadership in Higher Education at Indiana Tech and holds a Master's Degree in Student Development Administration from Seattle University and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Northern Arizona University. She started at Purdue Fort Wayne in 2009 and comes to work every single day excited to challenge, support, and celebrate students throughout their academic journey.

Corrie Fox 

Director of Student Success and Transitions

Corrie holds a Master’s degree in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Ball State University. She started at Purdue Fort Wayne in 2007 as an academic advisor after working in recruitment and retention positions at other institutions. Corrie coordinates academic advising for the unit; coordinates the course withdrawal process; and oversees transfer and Pathways programming.  She loves working with and supporting students as they work toward accomplishing their educational goals!

Kim Myers

Assistant Director of Student Success Curriculum and Assessment                                    

Kim has been serving students in advising and instructor roles at Purdue Fort Wayne since 2005.  She earned a graduate certificate in Instructional Design from University of Wisconsin in 2015; a M.A. in Professional Communication Studies at Purdue Fort Wayne in 2006; and a B.A. with a double-major in Communication and Sociology in 2001 from Purdue University, West Lafayette.  Kim brings experiences from social services as well as student affairs and faculty roles at Manchester University, Indiana Tech, and Ivy Tech Community College, giving her a holistic approach to serving students from diverse social, academic, and cultural backgrounds.   She is actively interested in and involved with social justice issues and has facilitated Safe Zone/Safe Space workshops on campus and through a local non-profit organization that she founded to build more inclusive and welcoming organizational climates for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies.  You may find her around campus developing student success courses, talking with student about their academic goals, working on assessment, teaching a class in Sociology or Communication, attending an event, or taking a class for fun. 

Amanda Seilheimer

Transfer & Special Populations Coordinator

Amanda came to Purdue Fort Wayne as a transfer student and graduated from Purdue Fort Wayne with her Bachelor’s Degree in Interpersonal & Organizational Communication and a Master’s Degree in Professional Communication. Amanda started working at the University in 2010 and is excited to work with students who plan to transfer to Purdue Fort Wayne.
