Project Notification

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Indiana University Purdue University Fort Wayne (2101 East Coliseum Blvd Fort Wayne, IN 46805-1499) will be undertaking a project, Kettler Hall Classroom Card Access Control Installation, for the following scope of work: Installation of access card readers for identified classroom doors.

The estimated cost of the project is less than one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00). To request a set of plans or obtain a bidder’s list, please call (260) 481-0169 or send e-mail to barnesd@ipfw.edu. 

The Project is located 2101 East Coliseum Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN.

A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday November 1, 2017 at 2:00 pm in Conference Room 102 Ginsberg Hall, 5190 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46835.

Sealed bids are due no later than 11 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) at the front desk of Ginsberg Hall, on Thursday, November 9, 2017. Bids received after such time will be returned unopened. Bids may be withdrawn prior to Thursday, November 9, 2017, but no bids shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days thereafter.
