Get Certified to Obtain Your Benefits

The Purdue University Fort Wayne School Certifying Official certifies student enrollment status to the VA for classes at Purdue University Fort Wayne so that they can disburse your education benefits.

Students must be certified in the beginning or shortly before every semester in order to obtain their benefits in a timely manner.

Please submit your Enrollment Certification form to start the process. If it is your first semester being certified by Purdue Fort Wayne, we will also need your Certificate of Eligibility. If you have lost your Certificate of Eligibility, here are two ways to obtain a copy. If you have used your benefits at a different college or university, you will also need to submit Request for Change of Program or Place of Training.
