Telework as a Flexible Work Option

When considering a flexible work schedule, telework can be a viable option for some employees.

Telework, also known as telecommuting, refers to work performed outside the traditional on-site work environment.  Telework jobs may be completely virtual or mobile, or may be various arrangements that enable the employee to work from home a few days per week or month.
