Rates and plans for 2018 - 2019 have been approved with an overall decrease in pricing! We hope you'll take the time to evaluate our new rates to see which floor plan works best for your budget and life style. Additionally, we have added a new floor plan to our property with the executive bedroom in our 3 bedroom apartment. We hope you'll consider stopping by the Cole Clubhouse for a tour to check it out.

We are also excited to bring to campus a new floor plan. The executive bedroom in the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment will now be a single occupancy bed space with a private bathroom. Students will get the best of both worlds by having their own, large bedroom and bathroom along with 2 roommates who will also have their own bedrooms, but will share a bathroom. To check out this new floor plan, please stop by the Cole Clubhouse for a tour!

Purdue Fort Wayne Students who have been admitted can apply through their student (goPFW) accounts. Please to to your "Enrollment" or "Student Life" tabs to find a link to the portal. Please be mindful that all students who are applying for the first time will owe the $20 non-refundable application fee and the $150 refundable security deposit.

For IU Fort Wayne, new Ivy Tech students, or interns interested living in Student Housing, please follow this link to request a student ID number.

  • Indiana University Fort Wayne students who have been admitted to IU should be issued a Purdue Fort Wayne student number (900#). IUFW students who have not been issued a 900# can request one by filling out this survey or by working with the PFW or IUFW Admissions Offices. Once IU students have been issued their account number, they will also be able to apply through their goPFW accounts.
  • Ivy Tech students, along with other approved students or interns, should fill out the following form to obtain an 900# through Purdue Fort Wayne. This will be strictly used for billing, as Ivy Tech students will not be issued goPFW accounts. Current Ivy Tech students have 900 numbers. If you are unaware of what your number is, please reach out to us at
